The Foundation Governing Body of Manor College

Manor College has a very active and experienced Governing Body led by a distinguished former Assistant Headteacher (Nunthorpe School, Middlesbrough), Mr Mike Lister.

Governors play a major role in the strategic direction of the College as well as providing public accountability in terms of Manor’s performance and operation.

Mr Frank Reid is the Vice Chair of Governors and Chairs the Governors’ Human Resources and Student Support & Admissions Committees. Mr Andy Merifield and Mr Mark Sickling are Chairs of the College’s Finance and Premises Committees respectively.

Mr Lister Chairs the College’s Quality and Standards Committee. Manor’s Governing Body has a significant number of parents of past or current pupils. The Clerk to the Governing Body is Miss Ann Turner.
